Can you recall the whole tale of Narcissus?
Narcissus liked just himself, but he desired love, attention, and praise from everybody. He shunned the love of the gorgeous lumber nymph Echo, plus in doing this he angered Nemesis, the goddess of revenge. Nemesis attracted Narcissus up to a pool of water, where, upon seeing their representation, he fell deeply in love with himself. Narcissus could perhaps not tear himself far from their representation, in which he drowned pursuing it.
